Job Summary

1st Choice Urgent Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Site Manager to lead daily operations at our Ann Arbor clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urgent care and occupational medicine along with exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role is essential in ensuring efficient clinic operations high-quality patient care and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Lead supervise and support front and back office staff
Ensure excellent patient experience and customer service standards are met
Manage staffing schedules coverage and workflow
Monitor clinic performance and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies healthcare regulations and safety standards
Support occupational medicine services and workflows
Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
Train and onboard new employees

Qualifications:

Required: Urgent Care experience
Required: Occupational Medicine experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Schedule:

Full-time (hours may vary based on clinic needs)
