Wearelookingforanexperienced SecurityProjectManagertojoinourrapidlygrowingteam. You will play a key role in delivering one of our biggest data centre construction projects.
Youcanbebasedeither100%incountryortherewillbesignificantinternationaltraveltothe Nordics (11/3 day rotation).
Role Accountabilities:
YoullberesponsibleformanagingtheSecuritypackagesofhyperscaledatacentreconstruction
projectstakingprojectsthroughpre-constructionconstructionandcloseout/fit-up. Day-to-day this includes but is not limited to:
Responsible for managingICT and security packagesacross hyperscale data centre construction projects overseeing delivery from pre-construction through construction and final close-out/fit-up.
Pre-Construction
- Work with the Client and General Contractor to develop and establish theMaster Project Schedule and Master Project Budgetfor ICT and security systems
- Supportcontractor pre-qualification bid solicitation technical bid analysis and recommendationsfor ICT fibre and security vendors
- Assist incontract negotiationsacross ICT and security scopes
- Support the Client team in identifying scoping procuring and scheduling allOwner-direct ICT and security vendors and consultants
- Provide technical input into the design and planning ofOSP/ISP fibre networks corporate network infrastructure data hall cabling and integrated security systems
Construction
- Manage theGeneral Contractor ICT contractors fibre providers and security integratorson site
- Oversee installation and integration ofISP/OSP fibre networks structured cabling systems and data hall infrastructure
- Ensure effective deployment ofCCTV Access Control and PID systems aligned with operational and security requirements
- CoordinateValue Engineering (VE)initiatives across ICT and security packages without compromising system performance or resilience
- Work with the Clients commercial and project controls teams to supportbudget management cost tracking and reporting
- Liaise with scheduling teams to provideprogramme monitoring tracking and analysisacross ICT and security deliverables
Close-Out / Fit-Up
- Initiate theclose-out processin advance of project completion (typically 23 months prior)
- Establish and manageclose-out documentation requirements including as-builts OSP/ISP records test results O&M manuals warranties and certifications
- Supporttesting commissioning and system validationof ICT infrastructure and integrated security systems including platforms such asC-Cure
- Assist withAuthority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)inspections and occupancy approvals
- Support the Client in thecoordination and management of Owner-direct vendors and consultantsthrough to final handover

You are passionate about delivering high-quality secure and resilient environments and understand the critical role security plays in hyperscale infrastructure. You are collaborative technically strong and bring:
- Strong understanding oflarge-scale technical construction projects particularly within mission-critical or data centre environments
- Proven ability to managemultiple technical disciplines including ICT infrastructure and security systems
- Technical expertise inISP/OSP fibre networks corporate network infrastructure and data hall environments
- Experience withintegrated security systems(CCTV Access Control PID) with knowledge of platforms such asC-Cureadvantageous
- Experience deliveringdata centre new build and refurbishment projects preferably withinhyperscale environments
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to operate withininternational project environments including rotational travel
