Job Summary
The B2B organization is looking for an Enterprise Architect who will play a leading role in designing and ensuring the compliance of the Enterprise Architecture in the B2B Organization around the Service Management ITSM and Assurance domains. We are looking for passionate colleagues who are eager to be part of our Global B2B Architecture team to drive the B2B IT transformation and take ownership of end-to-end topics from an Architecture perspective.
As an E2E Solution Architect in B2B you will have the following tasks
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework for service management ITSM and assurance.
- Lead a group of Senior Architects to define implementable solutions across the service management ITSM and assurance area that contributes towards the Target Architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and other senior architects.
- Ensure that the valuestream architecture is compliant with the Enterprise Architecture as well as cross-valuestream CoEs and other relevant architecture areas.
- Supports Organization wide cross-team initiatives such as Portfolio IT Prio and Verticals alignment from an Architecture perspective
- Partner with our CoE Leads to elaborate comprehensive E2E strategy views Target Architecture and Roadmap.
- Reporting directly to the Chief B2B Architect
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of service management ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) including in processes & applications for serving customers of different segments and contract types
- Strong knowledge of B2B assurance domain including Reactive (customer initiated) as well as Proactive (network initiated) Incidents; Supplier Incidents Handling with respective OLA tracking and Inventory Management related to Assurance.
- Knowledge and expertise in complex B2B Large Enterprise Products Complex B2B Contracts and their onboarding on to the applications stack and associated Business processes.
- Experience with Service Management and Assurance Data Models such as Customer Contact Customer Contract Customer Site and Inventory (Commercial Service Resource and Available)
- Hands on Experience in BSS/OSS Architecture transformation and delivery.
- Knowledge and understanding of Telecommunication business models processes and industry standards e.g. Tele-Management Forum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills from C level to implementation team.
- Expertise in ServiceNow architecture design is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Software Modeling (UML PlantUML MKDocs etc.) and LeanIX
- Expertise in working within Agile teams SAFe as well as Jira usage.
- Basic knowledge on cloudification virtualization and containerization.
- Software development and application development background preferred.
- Complete fluency in English
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred
- German would be a desired bonus but not mandatory.
