Office Manager-Home Health Care

Job Summary:

Office Manager WCS. Provides managerial assistance to SLA/WCS Administration and twelve (12) cost centers/Womens and Childrens (W&C) departments. Liaises between WCS and Health Operations Administration Corporate Compliance Medical Staff Office and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) executive/administration offices. Liaises with pediatricians obstetricians and vendors. Manages two (2) administration clerical staff members.

Reports:

Service Line Administrator (SLA) Womens and Childrens Services (WCS)

Supervises:

Administrative Coordinator and Department Secretary 6195- 060806

Required Education:

High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

Required Experience:

REQUIRED: Three (3) years of healthcare business management/supervision experience. OTHER QUALIFICATION: Working knowledge of WCS
