RETIREMENT ADVISOR
At WTW we provide data-driven insight-led solutions in the areas of people risk and capital. Leveraging the global view and local expertise of our colleagues serving 140 countries and markets we help to sharpen the strategy enhance organizational resilience motivate workforce and maximize performance.
The RETIREMENT ADVISOR will support projects in the Retirement area in Italy.
This position is suitable for candidates with previous experience in the role.
At WTW we are committed to shaping the future of retirement and ensuring financial well-being. We are looking for a RETIREMENT ADVISOR to join our team in Milan.
The resource will support senior consultants in delivering administration and advisory services for pension funds with responsibilities in governance compliance operational management and risk management.
Main Activities
- Updating and managing governance documentation (notices minutes archiving filings with supervisory authorities).
- Operational support in organizing processes implementing decisions of administrative bodies and preparing contractual documents with suppliers and partners.
- Managing benefit requests enrollments complaints and statistical reports to authorities.
- Performing second-level controls on internal processes and monitoring risk management KPIs.
- Coordinating with third-party suppliers and supporting the update of institutional documentation.
- Analyzing tax issues related to supplementary pensions.
QualificationsThe Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics or related fields.
- Knowledge of pension regulations (. 252/2005 IORP II DORA GDPR) and supervisory practices.
- Experience in the operational management of pension funds including enrollment processes benefits and complaints.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude even in international contexts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the supplementary pension or insurance sector.
- Familiarity with audit processes risk management and updating institutional documentation.
