PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Process Documentation Support role exists to efficiently document maintain and update business processes in accordance with approved enterprise frameworks standards and priorities.
The role supports onshore business process owners by producing highquality consistent process artefacts while ensuring ownership validation and final approval remain with the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Process Documentation Delivery
- Document business processes using approved enterprise standards templates and tooling.
- Translate inputs from business workshops artefacts and guidance into clear accurate process documentation.
- Maintain process artefacts in line with agreed naming conventions structures and hierarchy.
- Update and amend process documentation based on approved change requests.
2. Adherence to Standards and Quality Controls
- Apply enterprise process standards modelling conventions and quality criteria consistently.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and address feedback within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure documentation outputs are complete clear and fit for business review and signoff.
- Escalate issues gaps or ambiguities in source information through defined channels.
3. Scalable and Efficient Ways of Working
- Work within defined intake prioritisation and delivery workflows established by EPMO.
- Deliver process outputs within agreed service levels for volume cycle time and quality.
- Support industrialised documentation approaches including AIassisted drafting where applicable.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation techniques templates and practices.
4. Support to Business and Transition Readiness
- Support business process owners by preparing documentation packs for validation and approval.
- Incorporate approved feedback to ensure process artefacts reflect agreed business practices.
- Maintain clear version control and audit trails for documented processes.
- Operate as part of a scalable delivery model that can flex with demand over time.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5 years experience in business process documentation or analysis roles.
- Experience producing process documentation to defined enterprise standards.
- Experience working in offshore or distributed delivery environments.
- Familiarity with structured process modelling approaches and tools.
- Exposure to working with onshore stakeholders and formal approval workflows.
Desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.
- BPMN or process modelling certification.
- Business Analysis or process documentation certification.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- High level of discipline in following standards and instructions.
- Ability to interpret business inputs and translate them into structured process artefacts.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Comfort working with AIsupported or automationenabled documentation techniques
