AS A PROJECT ENGINEER YOU WILL:

Get experience to grow and develop technical subject matter expertise.

Be a part of a team of Engineers to develop new products meeting market requirements.

Be involved to learn Condensing Units and Packaged Refrigeration Units along with providing both internal and external customer support.

Work with the NPD development through a systematic release process.

Engage with Application Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Program Management Procurement and other supporting groups to advance NPD efforts.

Partner with the simulation and reliability team to optimize existing modeling and engineering tools as well as facilitate the creation of new design and analysis techniques

Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent.

Strong relationship skills with the ability to work with lab and assembly personnel.

Project management skills including developing program schedules and helping driving team decisions.

Understanding of Thermodynamics and its application to Commercial Refrigeration applications is a plus for this position.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

PREFERRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

2 years experience with a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

Experience with part design development and manufacturability.

Strong understanding of Thermodynamics Heat Transfer.

Understanding of Refrigeration systems and applications.

Understanding of compressor fundamentals

Onsite Work Arrangement:

This role is based on site with remote work considered on an ad hoc basis.
