We are looking for experienced caregivers to work the following cases:
Weekly Schedule: LAGUNA NIGUEL: 3 DAYS WEEKLY 4 HOUR SHIFT.
Patient History: Male Patient 37 Early Onset Dementia
Safety observation Transportation Therapy appointments and Companionship. Patient lives with parents. They are hesitant to leave him at home without supervision. He receives speech therapy weekly. He has a great sense of humor and loves playing guitar.
Weekly Schedule: LAGUNA NIGUEL: 5 DAYS WEEKLY 8 HOUR SHIFT
Patient History: Male 70s Multiple Sclerosis
Light housekeeping meal prep and companionship. Patient is independent with all ADLs though can get tired easily. May need assistance occasionally with grabbing clothes etc. Would like a caregiver to assist with light housekeeping laundry and staying proactive by checking in on him when he is in next room.
