Senior Advisor, GRC

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for executing day-to-day GRC delivery activities including control testing evidence review documentation and operational issue support in line with defined methodologies and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute control testing activities in accordance with approved test plan and procedures.

• Perform evidence collection validation and analysis to support assurance conclusions.

• Coordination with the stakeholders for data requirement process understanding Issue

• discussions and required support.

• Accurately document testing results observations and supporting rationale in GRC tools.

• Maintain testing documentation working papers and control records to ensure audit readiness.

• Seek clarifications proactively and escalate uncertainties to leads.

• Support issue monitoring activities including status updates and evidence tracking.

• Perform GRC tool updates related to issues action plans and remediation evidence.

• Assist in data extraction and basic reporting for GRC dashboards.

• Support 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) trainings including coordination and documentation

Qualifications and Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• 4-5 years of postqualification experience in GRC internal audit risk assurance compliance testing or similar roles.

• Handson experience in:

• Control testing and evidence review

• Documentation of testing results and observations

• Supporting issue tracking and remediation activities

• Working with structured methodologies and defined SOPs

• Working or basic exposure to GRC tools

• Foundational understanding of COSO / ERM frameworks

• Experience supporting audits risk assessments or assurance engagements
