This is more than just a support role. You will be helping retail customers across the UK and Irish markets navigate cutting-edge tech. From sales and aftersales support to troubleshooting and delivery you will provide a premium experience that matches the brands reputation.
The Details
- Location: 100% Remote (Based in GreeceAthens/Piraeus hub)
- Schedule: Monday Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No weekends!)
- Salary: 1300 gross/month productivity bonus (up to 150/month)
- Contract: 8-month opportunity with stability and growth potential
- Training: 11 days of comprehensive paid training to make you an expert
What Youll Do
- Be the Expert: Handle inbound inquiries regarding sales product specs and deliveries.
- Hands-on Tech: Use advanced tools
- Solve & Support: Navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual desktop interfaces (VDI) to provide efficient high-quality solutions.
- Escalate: Identify complex issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
What You Bring
- Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C1).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with PC navigation (multiple tabs VDI etc.) and a genuine interest in technology.
- Communication: A professional helpful and human approach to customer care.
