German-Speaking Customer Advisor (B2) Full-time Permanent Athens Greece (on-site) or remote from anywhere in Greece Relocation package provided from any EU country
About us We are a fast-growing technology company delivering innovative software solutions to clients across Europe and beyond. As we expand into the German-speaking market we are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our international team based in Greece.
About the role You will be the dedicated point of contact for our DACH-region clients guiding them through onboarding resolving issues and helping them get the most out of our platform. You will work closely with product sales and technical teams and take part in interesting cross-functional projects in a truly international environment.
What you will do You will support German-speaking customers via chat email and video calls onboard new clients troubleshoot issues monitor account health and relay customer feedback to internal teams. You will also contribute to documentation and help articles as we scale.
What we are looking for We need someone with German at B2 level or above C1 or C2 is strongly preferred along with professional English. You must be based in the EU or willing to relocate to Greece we cover the move.
