An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to partner closely with executive leadership in driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This role focuses on converting business strategy into actionable plans ensuring cross-functional alignment managing project risks and delivering key milestones on time. The position requires strong leadership accountability and the ability to manage complex projects with precision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects
- Develop project plans timelines milestones deliverables and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Identify risks early resolve blockers and manage project scope changes
- Provide executive-level reporting on progress risks and key decisions
- Improve project management systems processes and governance practices

Ideal Background
- 7 years of project management experience leading complex initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in project management platforms and reporting tools
- Background in industrial manufacturing energy or technical sectors preferred
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or specialized certifications are a plus
- Strong problem-solving facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
