The Technology Director is responsible for leading the organizations technology strategy overseeing IT and engineering functions and ensuring the delivery of scalable secure and high-performing systems. This role drives innovation aligns technology initiatives with business goals and manages cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
The Technology Director works closely with executive leadership product teams and operations to define long-term technology roadmaps and ensure efficient execution in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the organizations technology strategy and roadmap
Lead engineering IT and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions
Oversee system architecture platform development and technology operations
Ensure security compliance and data protection across all systems
Manage technology budgets vendor relationships and resource planning
Collaborate with product operations and business leaders to align technology initiatives
Drive innovation digital transformation and process improvements
Establish best practices for software development DevOps and IT operations
Monitor system performance reliability and scalability
Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
1015 years of experience in technology leadership software engineering or IT management
Proven experience leading engineering or IT teams at scale
Strong knowledge of software development system architecture and infrastructure
Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Strong leadership strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SaaS fintech healthcare or enterprise technology environments
Familiarity with data platforms analytics and AI/ML technologies
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus
MBA or advanced leadership training
