Your Mission
As part of a dynamic support team you will:
Support international travelers and partners via phone and email
Understand investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to bookings payments and technical issues
Act as a mediator between customers and accommodation providers worldwide
Follow structured processes while delivering personalized solutions
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction in every interaction
What You Bring
Must-Have Skills
Slovenian (C2/native level) English (advanced)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
Comfortable with Office 365 CRM tools and digital platforms
A problem-solving mindset with a solution-driven approach
Positive resilient attitude when handling complex cases
Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in customer service or contact centers
Familiarity with hospitality or accommodation platforms
Strong emotional intelligence and customer empathy
Ability to think critically and improve processes
Collaborative mindset with a proactive entrepreneurial spirit
