Key Tasks аnd Responsibilities

• Managing the endtoend process of collecting processing and structuring large datasets from internal and external sources
• Conducting market analysis of cement and construction materials including volumes dynamics competitors pricing consumer trends
• Conducting product and pricing analysis: margin performance cost structure comparative assessments and assortment optimization
• Monitoring expenses developing financial and analytical models
• Preparing analytical reports building dashboards forecasting models and recommendations for commercial production and leadership teams
• Participating in strategic company projects and preparing presentations for senior leadership team
• Driving ongoing improvements in data collection and analysis processes

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics Mathematics Finance Business Administration or a related field
• 23 years of experience in business analytics financial analytics or data-related roles
• Strong command of analytical tools: Excel (advanced) Power BI / Tableau; SQL is an advantage
• Proficiency in handling large datasets build analytical models and conduct indepth analysis
• Strong analytical skills critical thinking attention to details and the ability to deliver clear wellstructured conclusions
• English Intermediate level
• Provenability to create clear structured presentations and analytical materials for leadership team
• Personal qualities: analytical mindset systematic approach ability to work in a dynamic environment good communication skills ability to explain complex insights clearly initiative proactivity and readiness to take responsibility for results
• Desire to grow in the industrial sector and understanding of basic principles of manufacturing operations (preferred)
