Define and implement the key accounts strategy in line with Bel Egypt sales and marketing strategy in order to achieve volume profit market share and channel goals.
Main Accountabilities:
Build and keep sustainable relationship with key accounts based on Bel Principles to support and influence their decision making on Bel business.
Achieve volume targets by preparing negotiating and implementing customer annual business plans.
Propose trade terms and negotiate agreements with Key Accounts.
Develop tailored promotion plans for the assigned Key Accounts in order to optimize the performance.
Recommend appropriate actions to ensure achievement of distribution display and volume targets in each account.
Ensure implementation of merchandising standards.
Manage budgets for Key Accounts activity.
Establish weekly and monthly sales forecast.
Qualifications and experience
At least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales. And at least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts field.
Bachelors degree of business administration or relevant degree.
