Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions driving innovation and process improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals challenges and opportunities
- Elicit document and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for development teams
- Develop user stories use cases and process flow diagrams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Partner with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops interviews and meetings to gather insights and validate solutions
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure project success and identify areas for improvement
- Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices within the team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a technology-driven environment
- Expertise in business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.)
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Visio and wireframing tools
- Strong understanding of technology stacks APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering documentation and management
- Knowledge of process modeling and improvement techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
