STP Ventures Ltd a leading outsourced customer acquisition agency is seeking a talented and driven Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-time position based in Dallas Texas United States. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing client businesses devising innovative strategies and implementing effective campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The salary for this position ranges from $70245 to $200518 per annum commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Analyse clients existing business models customer acquisition strategies and market positioning to identify key challenges and opportunities for growth.
Develop comprehensive data-driven strategic recommendations to enhance campaign performance and overall business efficiency.
Lead project teams to implement proposed solutions managing timelines resources and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to provide clients with actionable insights and a competitive edge.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for senior management and key client stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal creative technical and sales teams to ensure the delivery of cohesive and effective solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies using key metrics to report on progress and refine approaches as necessary.
Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field is required. A Masters degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a management consulting business analysis or strategic planning role.
Demonstrable experience in customer acquisition digital marketing or sales strategy is a significant advantage.
Exceptional analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong project management and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with data analysis tools.
