Global Finance Operator - Cash Flow Margins Forecasting Invoicing & Cost Discipline

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We need a finance operator who delivers group-level financial visibility before issues escalate. This role is not passive accounting. It provides active financial control through forecasting margin insight and disciplined cash management.

ABOUT NORDIC INVESTIN GROUP

Nordic Investin Group and its sister companies operate across education AI legal services talent staffing digital platforms international expansion and capital strategy. We are building a portfolio of practical revenue-driven businesses and we need people who can turn unclear slow manual or broken processes into effective operating systems.

This is a global role. Candidates from anywhere in the world may apply. The role is written for candidates who are comfortable in a US-style execution environment: speed ownership measurable output direct feedback and accountability. The final employing entity assignment scope and sister-company placement will be shared after the interview process.

YOUR MISSION

Establish reliable financial visibility across Nordic Investin Group and sister companies. You will track cash margins invoices costs forecasts and financial risks with the pace required to support a growing group.

WHAT YOU WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF

Build monthly financial packs covering revenue costs margins cash flow and key variances.

Create cash flow forecasts and early-warning systems for liquidity receivables and cost pressure.

Track profitability by project business area client and offer.

Support invoicing collections follow-up payment tracking and financial documentation.

Identify unnecessary costs weak margins and sources of financial leakage.

Make finance a live decision-support tool not a late-stage reporting function.

FIRST 90 DAYS

Establish a clear financial reporting rhythm for priority companies/projects.

Build a cash flow and receivables dashboard.

Identify major cost leaks and margin risks.

Deliver the first monthly performance pack with practical recommendations.

KPI FRAMEWORK

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Strong background in finance controlling accounting or FP&A.

Commercially minded and willing to challenge weak economics.

Comfortable building dashboards and simple financial models.

Detail-oriented without slowing execution.

Able to communicate financial reality clearly and directly.
