Job Summary:
We are seeking an IAM Engineer to support and enhance identity and access management systems with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) secure authentication and enterprise security operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage IAM/PAM solutions (CyberArk BeyondTrust Okta)
- Troubleshoot access authentication and security-related issues (L2/L3 support)
- Implement and maintain SSO directory services (AD/LDAP) and access controls
- Monitor systems manage incidents and improve security processes
- Develop documentation procedures and automation for IAM operations
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in IAM / security engineering
- Strong experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk BeyondTrust)
- Experience integrating Okta with PAM tools
- Knowledge of AD/LDAP SSO SSL/TLS and security protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Enterprise Vault systems
- Exposure to incident response and security monitoring tools
- Willingness for on-call support rotation
