PKI Architecture & Certificate Lifecycle Management

HashiCorp Vault and/or AWS ACM PCAAWS & GCP (multi-cloud security architecture) Kubernetes / Microservices Security

Description:

Seeking a senior-level TLS / Encryption & PKI Engineer to lead the encryption and certificate management workstream across a large-scale AWS and GCP environment.

This role will be responsible for assessing current-state encryption posture defining target-state PKI architecture and guiding remediation strategy across applications services and platforms.

The individual will lead efforts around TLS/mTLS enforcement certificate lifecycle management (issuance rotation revocation) and centralized certificate authority design.

They will also identify gaps across Kubernetes microservices and self-hosted platforms (e.g. MongoDB RabbitMQ Elasticsearch) and translate discovery findings into a structured remediation roadmap.

This role will provide technical leadership to supporting engineers ensuring alignment to enterprise security standards and scalable implementation approaches.
