Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured conversations to help clients clarify goals and next steps
• Support clients in developing leadership skills and self-awareness
• Conduct one-on-one mentoring via phone or Zoom
• Proactively build and grow your own client base through professional networks and online platforms
• Engage with prospective clients through ethical value-led communication and relationship building
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain accurate records of client progress
