Work Description
- Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth market share and brand equity
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept development to market launch
- Analyze market trends consumer insights and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels
- Collaborate with Sales R&D and Supply Chain to ensure successful product positioning and distribution
- Monitor brand performance sales data and campaign effectiveness; provide actionable insights
- Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on all brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industry
- Strong background in food or food ingredient/material categories is a MUST
- Proven track record in brand building product launch and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
