Child Care Aide (Full Time) $16/hr Training Provided

The Opportunity
We are hiring a full-time Child Care Aide to support our classrooms serving infants through PreK.
This is an entry-level position with training provided but it is not a low-expectation role. You will play an important part in maintaining a safe structured and engaging environment for children.
What Youll Do
- Support Lead Teachers in maintaining a structured and safe classroom
- Actively engage with children throughout the day (on the floor during activities and transitions)
- Help maintain consistent routines and expectations
- Assist with classroom organization cleaning and daily tasks
- Work as part of a team to ensure children are supervised and cared for at all times
This is a hands-on active roleyou will be moving engaging and supporting throughout the day.
