What Youll Do

As an LPN/RN you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and attention overnight. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
• Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
• Supporting CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
• Ensuring residents are safe comfortable and cared for
• Collaborating with physicians families and the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

What Were Looking For

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa
• CPR Certification
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate dependable and team-focused attitude
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Someone who wants to make a difference and be part of a positive culture

Education/requirements:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing for the state in which the facility is located.
• Current License as a Practical Nurse for the state in which the facility is located.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
• Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living community.
