Job Summary

Key responsibilities and job tasks:

New indication launch

  • Co-lead launch related tasks launch program planning and executing engage stakeholders and coordinate resources

Designated channel optimization

  • Help to optimize target list & call report solution identify key customer develop engagement plan support disease/product training develop promotion materials for the designated TA

HCP engagement

  • Run seminars round table discussions share better practices/ experience/ engagements to raise more attention and facilitate expert opinions to better patient compliance.
  • Strategize and execute on a well-designed annual plan to help improving end to end patient experience

Digital & data

  • Utilize real-time data to monitor performance ROI on promotional spend and competitor activities adjusting tactics with speed and agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales medical and enabling functions to ensure alignment on brand positioning and messaging for the designated TA

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Master of Science or MBA will be a plus
  • Fluent in Mandarin/English communication
  • At least 3 years experience working in sales/marketing function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience with self-pay product promotion
  • Experience across different channels: GP and/or AC
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Team player
  • Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills
  • Agile mindset and adapt to changes swiftly
  • Data-driven mindset
