General Sales Manager

JimFalk Motors of Maui - Chevrolet / Cadillac / GMCis seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. Based in Kahului HI this role offers a lucrative compensation package ranging from $150000.00 to $300000.00 per year paid bi-weekly. The General Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance developing sales strategies and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Oversee daily dealership sales operations across multiple brands including Chevrolet Cadillac GMC Nissan and Hyundai.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and manufacturers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
• Recruit train and develop sales staff to advance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive sales strategies.
• Familiarity with Chevrolet Cadillac GMCbrands is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid drivers license and the ability to travel locally as needed.
