We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Managerwho will support Walmartas it embarks on its journey as one of the fastest growing andcutting-edgeretail media and ad tech businesses in the US. As Walmart Connect (Walmarts retail media business and ad tech business) grows innovates and scales we are looking for aSeniorManager who can help theComplianceteam cater to needs of this high growth business as it relates to policy such as the AdvertisingPolicy.
Reporting into theWalmart ConnectDirector ofCompliance and Ethics (US) the Senior Manager Compliancewill play a pivotal roleinpolicy governancemanagementanddevelopmentensuring we meet regulatory requirements andmaintainthe trust of our partners and clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop implement andmaintaincomprehensivepoliciesto ensure adherence to industry standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the governance of Walmart ConnectAdPolicy and itschangemanagement procedures.
  • Managethe creation and enforcement of ad policies to ensure that all advertising content meets legal ethical and company standards.
  • Managecross functional stakeholder reviews and SME input into policy reviewsrevisionsand updates.
  • Support development ofpolicy training and communications for different audiences (both tailored and companywide).
  • Conduct regular audits assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risksaround policy gaps and policy risks to business and customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact forthe businessAd policy team who you willcollaborateclosely with.
  • Ensure effective andtimelypolicy updates and reporting to Director of Compliance highlighting key issues and remediation plans.
  • Develop recommendations for product enhancements aroundpolicy controlspolicymanagementand enforcement.
  • Provide training and education to employees on compliance-related topics fostering a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with Walmart ConnectLegalas they provideguidanceonchanges and currentrelevant laws and regulationsby interpreting andupdating company policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation for Walmart Connect where relevant to Compliance organization.
  • Create and develop AI solutions for policy management and governance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset; create an environment that supports learning innovationcompliance and ethicsandexhibitresilience in the face of setbacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal product engineering salesoperations business operations strategyand marketing to ensure alignment of ad policies with product development marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieveobjectivesand communicate to a variety of audiences with influence and inspiration to garner commitment and action.

Preferred Qualifications

Education and work experience
  • Advanceddegree preferred - such as Juris Doctorate or Masters degree inPublic Policy orBusiness andminimum 3years experiencein complianceandethics legalpolicy managementprogram management or related area OR 6years experiencein compliance ethicspolicy managementadvertisinglegal program management or related areawith at least1year ofsupervisory experience orin a leadership role.
  • Experiencewithin theadvertisingtech retail media network retailer or related industry.
  • Deep understanding of advertisingFTCregulationsAIadvertisingindustrystandardsanddata privacy lawspreferred.
  • Proventrack recordofmanagingand/orimplementing successful compliance programs.
  • High ethical standards and integrity with a commitment tomaintainingconfidentiality and discretion.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • 3years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencein corporate communicationspreferred.
  • Project Managementexperience or certification preferred.
  • Expertisein AI preferred.
  • Experience supporting global markets.

  • Proven experience in managingcross functionalstakeholders and building strong relationshipswithinan organization.
