Weekend Start of Care Registered Nurse - Weekend Admissions RN

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)to perform home health visits for our Denver Visits office.

This is aWeekend RN position - as visits will include mostly Start of Care / Admissions Medicare Certified Home Health and OASIS documentation experience is required.

• $5000 Incentive if able to commit to 4 SOC per weekend (2 Saturday 2 Sunday)OR
• $5000 Incentive if able to commit to 20 productivity points per weekend (combination of Fri Sat Sun and/or Mon) - benefits eligible!

Candidate may be asked to occasionally help with other types of visits depending on need and emergency.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
• Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
• Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse inColorado.
• Prior or current home health/visits experience.
• Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits:

• Base Pay: $60-65 per point; based on experience.
