What Youll Do
As a Senior Accountant youll be a key player in keeping our financial operations strong accurate and compliant. Youll work closely with leadership and teams across the organization providing the financial clarity that helps drive confident decision-making.
Own the Numbers: Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements with accuracy and confidence
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Manage reconciliations cash management AP/AR oversight payroll support benefits and asset tracking
Drive Insight: Partner with department leaders on budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
Stay Compliant: Ensure compliance with GAAP multi-state tax requirements payroll taxes and filing deadlines
Close with Confidence: Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
Support Audits & Controls: Assist with internal and external audits and maintain strong accounting controls
Lead & Collaborate: Mentor junior accounting staff and work cross-functionally to improve processes and outcomes
What Were Looking For
Youre detail-oriented organized and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership of your work and enjoy collaborating with others to make things better.
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
35 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
Work Environment
Primarily office environment with some time on the production floor
Regular collaboration with operations and production teams
Some extended hours at times; month-end quarter-end and year-end close
