Graham is actively recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator supporting the Corporate Services Division. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor Corporate Facilities and Real Estate the Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the safe efficient and consistent operation of corporate leased and owned facilities by coordinating maintenance activities supporting tenant and vendor interactions maintaining accurate property documentation and assisting with operational and financial processes.

Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations to ensure corporate leased and owned sites operate safely and efficiently
  • Conduct site visits inspections and walkthroughs document issues and support corrective actions
  • Manage tenant and vendor interactions including service requests maintenance coordination and contract support
  • Support property operations and projects by tracking schedules documentation safety compliance and R&M activities
  • Provide administrative and financial support including budgeting data invoice verification accruals and reporting

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Post secondary education in Business Administration Real Estate Facilities Management or related field is an asset
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in facilities support property coordination or related role
  • Software: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with buildings and maintenance management systems is an asset
  • Other Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for site visits or project support. Regular interaction with tenants vendors and service providers in office and onsite environments
