Role Summary
Do you want to work with some of Norways largestorganizationswhile also contributing to global HR technology projects We are looking for aHR Tech Senior Consultantwho understands how HR technology creates value in practice.
In this role you will work closely withwell-knownNorwegiancompaniessuch asNAV DNB Aker BPFelleskjøpet andSporveien helping them translate business needs into effective and scalable system solutions. You willoperateat the intersection ofHR tech customer experience and smart use of technology including exploring how AI can improve HR processes and user experience.
The role suits someone who issolutionoriented analytical and comfortable in a consulting environment. You enjoy taking ownership working closely with customers and deliveringhighqualitysolutions with structure and attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
- Advise customers on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors best practices
- Translate business needs into practical scalable and userfriendly solutions
- Drive customer solutions across implementation optimization and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors
- Support customers with change requests and ongoing improvements to their existing solutions
- Improve employee and candidate experience through better use of HR processes and technology
- Contribute to customer projects with a structured analytical and solutionoriented approach
- Work closely with customers colleagues and stakeholders across functional and technical topics
- Identify opportunities to use automation data and AI to improve HR processes and customer value
Your Experience and Skills
- 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Consultant level
- Strong experience with one or more relevant SuccessFactors modules with particular focus on:
- Employee Central
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- Recruiting / SmartRecruiters
- Experience from HR technology projects advisory work implementation or solution design can replace certification experience.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to understand customer needs and turn them into clear recommendations and actions
- Strong proficiency in Norwegian and English
Advantages:

- Other HR Technology or advisory experience
