As aSeniorWeb Graphic Designeryoull:

• Design and shape websites applications and digital experiences

• Translate strategy into clear usable and engaging solutions

• Define structure interaction and content approaches

• Create wireframes prototypes and final designs

• Build and evolve design systems that scale across platforms

• Work closely with writers strategists designers and developers

• Present work with clear rationale and guide decisions

• Ensure work meets accessibility usability and performance standards

• Balance user needs technical constraints and business goals

Youllneed:

• 5 or more years of experience designing for web and mobile

• A portfolio thatdemonstratesstrong thinking and execution across digital experiences

Additional Professional Attributes:

• Strong understanding of UX interaction design and responsive systems

• Experience working within or building design systems

• Ability to understand how design translates into development

• Comfort working within constraints such as accessibility performance and compliance

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to use tools including AI while applying your own judgment
