Automotive Service Advisor

H&K Chevrolet Inc. is seeking a highly organized customer service focused individual to add to its service advisor team. This person works with customers to schedule their service appointments advice them on recommended services needed for their vehicle and communicate to them through the entire service process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally providing exceptional customer service.
• Listen carefully to vehicle concerns and accurately document customer requests.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate work estimates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Follow up with customers on service status and completion.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customers vehicle service history.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in customer service within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using computer software and service management systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
• ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA. WE DO NOT TOLERATE DRAMA IN OUR WORKPLACE.
