The position
The role of the Learning Mentor is to engage vulnerable or challenging pupils in their learning through provision of high-quality early intervention that impacts positively on pupil welfare attendance progress and behaviour and to provide support to the Principal. The successful candidate will be attached to a specific year group and work with the inclusion officer to remove barriers to learning enhance attendance and engagement and work hard to secure the best outcomes for our students.
