Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Nellottica di ampliare ildipartimento Taxnella sede di Milano TLS è alla ricerca di un/una professionistacon unesperienza da 1a 4annimaturataallinterno di Studi Professionali internazionali o nazionalimodernamentestrutturati.
Lattività che andrà a svolgere è focalizzata nella consulenza fiscale per società multinazionali e grandi gruppi societari specialmente in ambito straordinario (Operazioni di M&A).
Lattività svolta sarà la seguente:
attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie
strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali
consulenza in materia di fiscalità dimpresa domestica ed internazionale.
