As a Executive Housekeeper we rely on you to:
作为行政管家我们希望您承担以下职责
Responsible for guiding and ensuring that all operations of the Housekeeping Department align with the hotels procedural standards and policies.
Responsible for the daily operations of the department and overseeing the work of all housekeeping staff to ensure smooth functioning of the housekeeping department.
Supervise the housekeeping staff to ensure guests receive timely and courteous service.
Conduct regular inspections of all guest room areas to ensure that furniture facilities and equipment are properly cleaned repaired maintained replaced and renovated as required.
Evaluate the appearance discipline compliance and work efficiency of all direct subordinates. Corrective measures may be implemented directly if necessary.
Ensure that the training implemented for housekeeping staff requires analysis and that the training program needs to be planned followed by monitoring to meet the required standards.
Maintain regular communication with employees and foster good relationships.

监督客房部工作人员确保客人得到及时和礼貌的服务
定期对所有客房区域进行视察以确保家具设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁修缮保养和更换和整修
对所有直属下级的仪容仪表守纪情况和工作效率进行评估如有必要可直接采取纠正措施
确保对客房员工所实施的培训是需要分析的以及培训方案需要计划之后监督其达到要求
与员工定期沟通保持着良好关系
We are looking for someone who has:
候选人应具备以下能力
At least 5 years housekeeping management experience.
Adequate working knowledge of housekeeping public areas and related areas.
Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Have the ability of organization and coordination response ability management ability writing ability and information management ability.
至少5年以上的客房部管理经验
具备充足的管家公共区域和相关区域的工作知识
良好的中英文口语和书面交流能力
具有组织协调能力应变能力经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力
