Job Summary
The Management Department of the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management is seeking a postdoctoral researcher specializing in behavioral strategy with a focus on strategic leadership and corporate governance. The position broadly centers on understanding how top management teams and boards of directors perceive interpret and respond to increasing organizational and environmental complexity including uncertainty technological change and stakeholder pressures. The postdoctoral researcher will conduct collaborative research on the behavioral foundations of strategic decision-making leadership and governance employing rigorous empirical and theoretical approaches and targeting publications in leading management journals.
