These submissions will be prioritized. Requests with less than 7 days of RTO and no Holiday time off will be prioritized. RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License/Certifications: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission.
