$75000 - 85000 DOE

Position Summary: As ASC Manager youll oversee daily operations lead clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care operational efficiency and team collaboration across pre-op intra-op and post-op services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily ASC operations including staffing patient flow and quality care
- Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams
- Ensure compliance with federal state and accreditation standards
- Oversee inventory supplies and equipment management
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Current Arkansas RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- BSN preferred
- 5 years ASC/Hospitalexperience as an RN
- 3 years leadership or management experience
