Position Summary: As ASC Manager youll oversee daily operations lead clinical staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role champions patient care operational efficiency and team collaboration across pre-op intra-op and post-op services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily ASC operations including staffing patient flow and quality care

Manage and develop clinical and clerical teams

Ensure compliance with federal state and accreditation standards

Oversee inventory supplies and equipment management

Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness

Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize operations

Qualifications:

Current Arkansas RN license

BLS & ACLS certifications

BSN preferred

5 years ASC/Hospitalexperience as an RN

3 years leadership or management experience
