JOB PURPOSE

PHINIA is seeking a Workplace & Collaboration Experience Lead to design and deliver an intuitive secure and productive technology experience for all employeesacross plants offices and field teams. This role owns the strategy governance and adoption of the workplace and collaboration ecosystem (devices M365/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Viva meeting rooms/AV selfservice) drives PHINfo (PHINIAs chatbot) as the first line of support to enable shiftleft and leads personabased service design communications and change programs that improve employee satisfaction productivity and collaboration at global scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PHINIAs workplace & collaboration strategy across devices M365 (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Viva Exchange Online) meeting rooms/AV and selfservice experiences.

  • Own PHINfo (PHINIAs chatbot) adoption content quality and outcomesposition it as the primary entry point for support; enable shiftleft with automation guided workflows and knowledge.

  • Define and enforce governance security and usage standards (naming lifecycle templates retention DLP external sharing) for collaboration platforms in partnership with Security and Governance.

  • Drive personadriven journey design (onboarding provisioning hybrid work frontline/plant use cases); prioritize roadmap by impact and user feedback.

  • Manage user communicationsmonthly IT Spotlights tips & tricks release highlights adoption campaigns and change communications.

  • Modernize endpoint and collaboration foundations: Intune/Endpoint Manager Autopilot zerotouch device lifecycle optimization and policy baselines for Windows/macOS/mobile.

  • Lead meeting space modernization and reliability (Teams Rooms/AV room booking digital signage hybrid meeting standards) with clear deployment and support models.

  • Integrate collaboration tools with enterprise systems (identity/SSO HRIS ITSM document & records mgmt lineofbusiness apps) and ensure accessibility and compliance.

  • Enable automation using Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps bots) to streamline business processes and reduce ticket volumes.

  • Monitor experience and adoption analytics (CSAT XLAs usage/capacity ticket deflection PHINfo resolution) and execute improvements based on insights.

  • Maintain platform documentationarchitecture diagrams governance playbooks runbooks templates and KB articleskept current and searchable.

  • Manage vendors/MSPs licensing and roadmaps; evaluate new features/DEX tools/AI companions and lead pilots with measurable success criteria.

  • Partner with HR Security Facilities Communications Service Desk and Infrastructure to deliver cohesive crossfunctional experiences and site rollouts.

  • Lead training/enablement for champions and end users; scale digital adoption through tailored learning pathways and change programs.

  • Ensure audit data protection and compliance alignment across workplace and collaboration platforms

What were looking for

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience.

  • 812 years in digital workplace collaboration platforms enduser computing or employee experienceideally in distributed/multiplant environments

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365: Teams SharePoint OneDrive Exchange Online Viva and Teams Rooms/AV.

  • Strong handson with Intune/Endpoint Manager Autopilot Windows 10/11 (macOS/iOS/Android a plus).

  • Proven governance design for collaboration (templates external sharing retention DLP/security controls) and integration patterns (SSO/Entra ID APIs Power Platform).

  • Experience building automation (Power Automate/Apps bots) and improving selfservice/knowledge ecosystems (chatbot KB).

  • Familiarity with DEX/analytics experience metrics (CSAT/XLAs) and meeting room/AV standards.

  • Knowledge of UX/service design persona mapping and journey design; track record of measurable adoption and change outcomes.

  • Strong ITIL process awareness (Incident/Problem/Change) and partnership with Service Desk for shiftleft and deflection goals.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder managementable to run IT Spotlights campaigns and execlevel updates

  • Microsoft 365 Certified (Endpoint Administrator Teams Administrator or Enterprise Administrator Expert).

  • ITIL Foundation; Prosci/Change Management; Power Platform (PL900/PL100/PL400) nice to have
