Pay rate - $16.00 hourlyWeekly pay on FridayWarehouse Associate Job Description:This person performs a variety of picking kitting PLS delivery service center and dock to stock processes. Performs processes according to established documented procedures. Fills customer orders and delivers them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety security and productivity. Ensures all orders are complete and Associate Job Responsibilities:Pulls material for customer orders for Bulk Orders that require shipment within the same week that the orders are receivedPulls material for customer orders that require same day shipmentInitiates recommends or provides solutions through designated channelsIdentifies and records any problems relating to the product process and quality systemPackages material for customer orders. This includes application of specific customer required labelingPrepares orders for shipmentFollows all the work instructions and procedures for picking and packaging of customer ordersPerforms other duties as assignedWarehouse Associate Job Requirements:High School diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year experience in warehouse environmentOrganized with attention to detail and ability to demonstrate follows-through on work assignmentsGood verbal communication skillsAble to work in a team environmentWorks well under pressureAbility to work for periods of time without direct supervisionPhysical Requirements:Frequent bending crouching reachingMust be able to stand/walk for 8 hours a dayCarry/Lift 10-20lbs 5.5-8 hours a dayCarry/Lift 20-100lbs .25-2 hours a day (with assistance) Crown Staffing Solutions is aware of some fraudulent schemes on common job seeking sites.
