Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Valet Driver & Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining an organized efficient and customer-focused service environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in valet driving and lot management with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner
- Maintain organization and flow of the vehicle lot
- Manage lot inventory and ensure accurate vehicle placement
- Assist with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Check in and check out loaner vehicles ensuring proper documentation and condition reporting
- Perform basic inspections of vehicles upon arrival and departure
- Coordinate with service advisors and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a valet driver and/or lot attendant (required)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Availability to work Saturdays (required)
