What Youll Do:

As a Service Advisoryoull manage the flow of the service drive while making sure every customer receives prompt professional and friendly service. Youll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery answer questions about vehicle concerns warranties and repairs and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. Youll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience minimum of 2 consecutive years
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional well-groomed personal appearance
• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
