Technical Specialist Petrochemical Industry Maternity Cover

This role requires a strong understanding of best practices and technical support needs while continuously building technical expertise. The position delivers technical consulting services that leverage the companys intellectual property supports sales in driving account growth and provides expert guidance to internal teams and customers.

HowYoullMake an Impact:

• Deliver contractual services and support customers with effective problem resolution related to the companys products applications and solutions

• Apply strong technical expertise and indepth knowledge of company products to support customer needs

• Provide onsite field service as well as 24/7 remote (phone) or onsite support as required

• Conduct site surveys and product application and system audits; collaborate with Sales to support the preparation of new business proposals

• Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to the Six Service Standards across all customer sites

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering Chemistry or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 23 years of technical experience in an industrial or mechanical environment; water treatment experience is preferred

• Ability to work with a moderate level of independence while effectively managing the daytoday requirements of assigned customer accounts

• Typically reports to an Area Manager or District Manager
