WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

The Liquor Co. 1977ishiring a experiencedShift SupervisorforourTillicum Liquor Store located at Tillicum Mall (3170Tillicum Rd Victoria BC V9A 7C5).This is a permanent part-time roleoffering 32 - 40 hours per week. Our ideal candidate has full availabilitythroughout the week.

Applicants must be 19yearsof age.

WSET level 1 required before starting.

We are a people first business with a strong focus on our customer andmember needs. We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our dedicatedteam. We want someone who:

• Is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and is comfortablerecommending products
• Has proven ability to drive liquor sales through teamengagement and customer interaction
• Has at least 2 years of experience in the liquor industry and 3 yearsworking in customer-facing roles
• Brings experience with liquor tastings events orproduct demonstrations
• Has a current Serving ItRight certificate (required in advance of starting)
• Holds a WSET level 1 (required in advance ofstarting)
• Has strong customer focus and presence on the floor
• Enjoys creating positive customer experiences and goes above and beyondin service delivery
• Has strong cash handling skills and the ability to process transactionsefficiently
• Values safety integrity and teamwork and is a role model for bothcolleagues and customers
• Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and handlingproducts up to 50 lb

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Besides working with the best group of teammates and fantasticcustomers youll be stocking the store processing till transactions andgenerally ensuring our customers & members are taken care of and thelocation is clean and safe.
