An opportunity exist to join Cochlear as our Clinical Technical Specialist to deliver highquality clinical and technical support to hospitals clinics and patients across an assigned region. This role combines handson clinical expertise with strong problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and sustainable service delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing onsite and remote clinical technical support to new and existing hospitals and clinics including intraoperative measurements and postoperative fitting for Cochlear Implant (CI) recipients.

  • Support clinics in establishing standardised patient followup procedures to ensure consistency and quality of care.

  • Delivering regular training sessions to audiology clinicians on new technologies software updates and product features.

  • Educate recipients on new product features assistive accessories lifeenhancing technologies and spare parts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons audiologists operating theatre staff referring professionals service partners and internal field teams

  • Provide ongoing clinical and technical support via site visits phone and written communication.

  • Participate in conferences internal training programs practicums FIRM meetings and product/software webinars.

  • Ensure consistent application of agreed B2B and B2C service standards across all clinical activities.

  • Engage clinics to identify study opportunities and support trial preparation and delivery.

  • Communicate clinical study outcomes during training sessions meetings and site visits.

  • Support Researchled initiatives such as Healthy Hearing Ears and similar programs.

About You. As we grow our operations we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role youll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Degree in Audiology

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid drivers licence

  • SCFHS certification

  • 23 years experience in Cochlear Implant clinical practice

  • Fluency in English

  • Arabic language skills highly regarded
