Ansell is looking for a Business Intelligence & Cross Reference/Database Analyst to join our team!
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence & Cross-Reference/Database Analyst to drive advanced data analytics reporting and contract management. This role focuses on developing scalable processes to integrate customer data and transform complex information into actionable insights that support data-driven decisions across sales and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and Power BI skills experience managing contract and pricing data and the ability to deliver C-level reporting while ensuring data accuracy integrity and overall business performance through insights.

What your role will be
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time sales pricing and performance insights
- Convert complex datasets into clear actionable insights for business strategy
- Deliver accurate executive-level (C-suite) reporting
- Manage monthly and ad hoc reporting cycles (validation analysis delivery)
- Identify trends opportunities and performance gaps through data analysis
- Ensure data integrity and improve processes through automation and standardization
Excel / Data Management
- Advanced Excel expertise (data modeling Power Pivot automation macros/VBA)
- Manage and analyze large datasets for reporting and forecasting
- Develop scalable tools and templates to improve efficiency
- Perform data extraction transformation and analysis (SQL Oracle preferred)
- Build executive-level dashboards with strong UX and end-to-end solutions
Sales & Commercial Support
- Support rebate reporting PAM and pricing analysis
- Provide insights to drive sales strategies and growth initiatives
- Create tools and reports to improve decision-making at all levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally on metrics reporting standards and priorities
What you will bring
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Analytics or related field
5 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or contract management
Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred)
Skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Self-driven organized and able to manage multiple reporting priorities simultaneously
Collaborative team player with cross-functional engagement experience
Limited travel required (<10%)
*This position offers a salary range of $75000 to $95000 depending on experience and qualifications and requires candidates to currently reside in New Jersey.
