• Bachelors Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (10) years of experienceon Pharma and Capital Projects
• Bilingual Spanish and English (good communications)
• Experience in:
  • Design Management
  • Construction & C&Q RFP development
  • Manage construction implementation
  • Lead construction weekly meetings
  • Lead weekly meeting with stake holders
  • Manage RFI submittal & change orders logs
  • Manage change control process
  • Develop and update cash flow
  • Develop & update integratedprojectschedule

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Responsible for the development and implementation of various projects.
• Manage budgets and applicable cross-functional team members.
• Manage all aspects of projects including the scope development initial design acquiring permits bidding process and proposal evaluation.
• Createbudget scheduling construction overseeing field operations change control commissioning and validation process.
• Coordination required with production areas to achieve project schedule objectives.
• Develop status reports cost estimates and resource plans.
