- Install LVP carpet and pad with precision and attention to detail
- Measure cut and fit materials to ensure a clean professional finish
- Prepare subfloors (leveling cleaning minor repairs) prior to installation
- Remove and dispose of existing flooring as needed
- Complete seams transitions and finishing details the right way
- Work closely with Project Managers to stay on schedule and hit deadlines
- Maintain a clean safe and organized job site
- Communicate progress and flag any job site concerns early
- You take pride in your work and dont cut corners
- Youre dependable and show up ready to get the job done
- You can work independently but also collaborate with a team
- Youre detail-oriented and care about the finished product
- Youre comfortable working in a fast-paced hands-on environment
- 2 years of flooring installation experience (carpet and/or LVP preferred)
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Work in residential and commercial properties impacted by fire water or storm damage
- A mix of independent work and team collaboration
